This instrument is used to test the yarn unevenness and filoplume change of yarn, suitable for the pure spanned or blending sliver made by cotton, wool, silk, flax, chemical fiber and short fiber. This instrument has important significance for improving and guaranteeing the yarn quality, and can test CV%, U%, H value, SH value and 12-speed defects in the real-time manner. The instrument is designed with multiple graph indicators, such as yarn evenness and filoplume change-length curve, unevenness curve, wave spectrogram, yarn density-frequency distribution diagram, and thence allows to evaluate yarn quality conveniently. The instrument has been designed 340 yarn evenness spectrums, and its expert system can help user to analyze textile technology and process failure, make comparison with USTER bulletin, and evaluate spinning level and standard.
